PA System Options

PA System 1 — Portable Battery & Mains Unit. A compact, highly portable solution ideal for outdoor ceremonies, beach weddings, and small presentations. Includes: Chiayo portable PA system, CD/USB playback, wired microphone, speaker stand, and 3.5mm device input. For up to 60 people. Price: $120 (24‑hour hire, pick‑up from Kewarra Beach)

PA System 2 — 400w RMS Bluetooth System, a versatile, easy‑to‑operate system suitable for audiences of up to 100 people.
Includes: 400w RMS Powerworks stereo PA system, Bluetooth audio connectivity, and wireless microphone. Price: $200 (24‑hour hire, pick‑up from Kewarra Beach)

PA System 3 — 800w 16‑Channel PA. A high‑capacity system designed for larger venues and events of up to 250 attendees. Includes: 16‑channel mixer, 800w PA system, four 12″ high‑capacity speakers, and dual wireless microphones. Price: $300 (24‑hour hire, pick‑up from Kewarra Beach)

Projector, Screen & LCD Display Hire

• Projector 1 — $75 1200‑lumen projector suitable for low‑light environments.
• Projector 2 — $200 Epson 4000‑lumen projector for bright, clear presentations.
• 46″ LCD TV on Stand — $100
• Tripod Screen #1 (90″) — $40
• Tripod Screen #2 (120″) — $70
• Projector Stand — $10

All of our systems include cables, stands & accessories and are tagged and tested as required by by most venues.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup: $80 each way (Cairns only, additional charges apply for Port Douglas, the Tablelands & Innisfail.)
