How do I book a DJ, karaoke host, or equipment?

Simply contact us via our booking form, email, or phone. We’ll confirm availability, provide a quote, and send a booking agreement.

Yes. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event, unless otherwise arranged.

We accept bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal and cash.

We require a security deposit for all equipment “dry hire”, this is either $250, $500 or $1000 dependent on the equipment and where the event is held, cash or a confirmed bank deposit is preferred. This is refundable in full upon the return of the equipment in good working order.

Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and transparent:

Can I transfer my deposit to a new date?

Yes — if the new date is available. If not, the standard cancellation policy applies.

A standard show runs for 4 hours for DJs and Karaoke shows, including short breaks as needed. The Mollys can be as short as 1.5 hours up to 4 hours as negotiated.

Can I extend the show on the night?

Yes. Overtime is available at $75 per hour for solo performers, and subject to negotiation for The Mollys.

Do you take song requests?

For DJ and Karaoke, absolutely. We encourage requests and can tailor the music to your crowd and event style.

The Mollys show is pretty well set however if you want the band to learn a particular song this can be done via negotiation.

Our karaoke library includes 40,000+ tracks across all genres.

Yes. Professional MC services can be added to any booking, subject to availability. 

We offer speakers, microphones, mixers, lighting, karaoke systems, and more. All hire packages include a user guide and phone support.

Yes. Delivery, setup, and pack‑down can be included for an additional fee.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

Yes. Pickup is available by appointment.

If something actually break down during the night we’ll do the best we can to get you going again. If actual damage has been causeed to the equipment by negligence or accidental damage, then we’ll assess the equipment upon return and discuss any costs with you.
